It is the original sauna or the proper one where the temperature can reach 80-100°C, inducing abundant skin transpiration, while humidity does not exceed 10-20%. The Finnish Sauna is a physiotherapy practice consisting of a dry heat bath, around 80-90°, in a special room where the benefits of heat are used for good relaxation and effective skin cleansing. The ideal stay in the sauna varies from a minimum of 8 to a maximum of 12-15 minutes and you must completely relax on the bench to benefit from all the heat: your breathing will become slow and regular until you feel a sensation of absolute calm and relaxation. The sauna is used to relax and detoxify: the skin is totally purified thanks to sweating. After a visit to the sauna you feel a sensation of physical and mental well-being.
